If you want Jennifer Aniston to open up, just have her sit down in front of the best man at her wedding. That best man happens to be her very close friend Amy Sedaris, and when the two got to talking, the October Harper’s Bazaar cover star shared a lot of details about her beauty regimen, which includes lots of supplements and a new morning routine.

When it comes to maintaining optimum health, the former Friends star counts on an ever-changing arsenal of vitamins. “Vitamins. Vitamins. Vitamins. I take a lot of vitamins,” says Aniston. “I’m not going to lie. It changes all the time because someone will say, ‘Oh, my God, you don’t take activated charcoal?’ Then you go down a Googling hole to understand the benefits of that, or turmeric or dandelion for water retention.”

And it’s not just vitamins. The star also confesses to now incorporating an often-touted folk remedy to her morning routine. “Now I’m doing apple cider vinegar in the morning,” she adds. Apple cider vinegar is said to have a slew of benefits, including flushing out toxins, boosting your metabolism and reducing inflammation (which means better-looking skin).

As far as the one beauty ritual she no longer practices, that one is easy. Aniston tells Sedaris she’s been guilty of many tanning sins in the past, including that famous Coca-Cola tan trend. “Yes, baby oil and Coca-Cola, or some weird combination,” says the star. “Being Greek, we love our tanning, but I’ve been on hiatus. And I miss it. It brought me a lot of happiness being able to lay out there and get that vitamin D, but I’ve become very comfortable with a good spray tan.”

The one beauty ritual she won’t give up? Aniston says she loves her facials so much, she’s even considered opening up her own relaxation center one day where others can come and reap the feel good benefits. “My dream is to open a wellness center. I have a fantasy where you have this beautiful space with facialists, rotating workouts, meditation classes, and a café with recipes that are healthier versions of delicious foods so you’re not deprived. I’m working on it in my brain. Not to sound all woo-woo, but if you go out into the world with inner peace, you’re more joyful. There’s a life’s-too-short policy that I now have with my work; no negative Nancies. So I’m looking forward to my facial.”
