"I'm in a really peaceful place. I have a job that I love, I have people in my life who are everything to me, and I have beautiful dogs [schnauzer mix Clyde, pit-bull mix Sophie and newly rescued Great Pyrenees mix Lord Chesterfield]," she said. "I'm just a very fortunate and blessed human being."
The Morning Show actress went on to share how she's gotten to the peaceful place she's in. And spoiler: she's just human like the rest of us.

"Self-awareness is key," she told publication. "I've really gotten a lot out of therapy. Just being a public person, there's a lot of amazing things that come with that. But there's also a lot of tough stuff, because we're only human, and we tend to walk around with bulls-eyes on our heads."
Another key part to Aniston's positive mindset? Watching the sunset every day.
"It's so simple," she explained. "There's no real markers for it, but there are just moments where you just feel ... ahhhh." At the end of the day (both literally and figuratively), Aniston just hopes to have made people laugh.
"I have a good heart, and I'm a great friend," she said. "I lead with love."
