Jennifer Coolidge in Etro, Ayo Edebiri in Louis Vuitton and What Other Winners Wore to the 2023 Emmy Awards
History was made on Monday night at the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards as Quinta Brunson and Ayo Edebiri received the honors for Best Actress and Supporting Actress, Comedy, respectively. Brunson became only the second Black actress to win in the category, while Edebiri is the third, taking after last year’s winner, Sheryl Lee Ralph.

Ayo Edebiri
Edebiri of “The Bear” won her first Emmy for Supporting Actress, Comedy. Styled by Danielle Goldberg, she sported a strapless leather tea-length dress by Louis Vuitton. Edebiri completed her ensemble with a pair of black open-toe sandals and dainty diamond jewelry by Brilliant Earth.

Jennifer Coolidge’s black and gold Etro gown featured a pleated skirt and ruffles along the bodice and sleeves. The Supporting Actress, Drama winner scored her second Emmy for “The White Lotus.”
Quinta Brunson
Brunson took home her second Emmy for “Abbott Elementary” in a fuchsia tea-length dress by Christian Dior. The Best Actress, Comedy winner added on a pair of nude pumps and diamond De Beers jewelry. Brunson was styled by Jessica Paster, who’s also known for dressing stars like Emily Blunt and Freida Pinto.
Ali Wong
Ali Wong, who received the honor for Best Actress, Limited Series or TV Movie, wore a Louis Vuitton gown featuring an embellished bodice and a floral skirt. The “Beef” actress added on dazzling diamond jewelry by Chopard. Wong was assisted by stylist Tara Swennen.
Niecy Nash
Niecy Nash scored her first Emmy for “Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.” The Supporting Actress, Limited Series or TV Movie winner donned a custom strapless design by Greta Constantine. Her gown featured a mermaid silhouette, a velvet bodice and ruffled opera gloves.
The Primetime Emmys, presented by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, honor excellence in the television industry. Comedian Anthony Anderson hosts the 75th annual ceremony, which is broadcast on Fox. Although the awards show typically takes place in September, the 2023 Emmys were postponed until January due to the concurrent Screen Actors and Writers Guild strikes.
