Almost a decade after they first announced their divorce, former couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner showed off their seemingly amicable relationship as co-parents to their three kids, taking their youngest on a birthday trip to Disneyland.
Affleck and Garner were spotted smiling and chatting throughout their day at the theme park in Los Angeles, Calif., while celebrating son Samuel's 12th birthday, with a Disney cast member taking them around the park to experience rides and check out all there is to offer.
In photos obtained by Page Six, Garner and Affleck both wore casual outfits, with the former wearing a black sweatshirt, jeans and a baseball cap, while Affleck had on a white t-shirt and gray striped sweater with jeans. They appeared to have a nanny with them who accompanied the group on some rides.
The former spouses recently went viral for another appearance together, with the two recorded chatting, laughing and getting along well. Garner and Affleck often get together for events related to their kids, such as Samuel's basketball game in October, with one of their two daughters, Violet, also attending. The exes also share a younger daughter, Seraphina.
Last year, Garner gave Affleck a shoutout on Father's Day, writing, "Shout out to BGA—no one loves their kids like you love ours, happy Father’s Day, Ben! X."
It appears that Affleck's wife, Jennifer Lopez, and her kids also blend well with Garner and their children, as the singer is occasionally seen with Garner and Affleck. The Air actor's kids and Lopez's twins, Max and Emme, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony, also appear to get along well and spend time together.
Garner and Affleck finalized their divorce in 2018, and the latter and Lopez tied the knot in 2022. Meanwhile, Garner has had an on-and-off longtime relationship with a businessman named John Miller.
