Jennifer Lawrence and Emma Stone have taken their #FriendshipGoals to the Academy Awards. The couple of Oscar winners were seated next to each other in the Dolby Theatre during host Jimmy Kimmel's opening monologue, when he made mention of the 2017 Oscars Best Picture flub. (If you need a refresher, La La Land, starring Stone and Ryan Gosling, was accidentally announced as the winner instead of Moonlight.)

"This year, when you hear your name called, don't get up right away," Kimmel quipped. "Give us a minute."

Last year's mix-up is a big punchline for this year's ceremony, and J.Law joined in on the fun; she wouldn't let her fellow actress live that moment down. When the camera panned to the audience, Lawrence was seen pointing and laughing at Stone, who pouted in annoyance beside her.

The internet didn't let the exchange go unnoticed. Viewers instantly responded to the moment on Twitter. Fans resonated with it, too. We all have that one, ruthless friend who's not afraid to laugh at our most embarrassing moments.

Lawrence previously opened up about her relationship with Stone—and how they handle partying—to Harper's BAZAAR in 2016.

"I don't really stay out late. I'm kind of a bummer. I'm a nana. It's hard to get me out, and when I do go out I don't really stay out late. If I do stay out late and I'm partying hard, I will throw up. I don't have the tolerance to black out; I just start puking," she said.

"Ask Emma Stone. It was the night we saw Adele in L.A. She just started rubbing my back. She was really sweet. I was like, 'Get out of here. It's so gross.' "
