Alex Rodriguez Absolutely Lost It Over Jennifer Lopez During the Superbowl

Get you a man who's as supportive of you as A-Rod is of Jennifer Lopez.

Alex Rodriguez took to his social media accounts (both Instagram and Twitter) to post a quick clip following J.Lo's explosive Super Bowl performance, where he was seen singing along with the crowd and totally losing it to the rhythm.

"AMAZING!! She ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED IT! Wow, that was so fun!" he wrote of the one and only J.Lo's performance. "I’m so proud of you, Jen! @JLo"

For Rodriguez, it appeared that he didn't even need the actual Super Bowl to get his adrenaline flowing – all he needed around him was J.Lo to bring the hype and excitement, and that's absolutely adorable.

This year, Lopez totally rocked the Super Bowl halftime show alongside Shakira, as the field was practically buzzing with feminine energy. It was a verifiably dazzling production, complete with a shining moment for Lopez's 11-year-old daughter Emme, who she shares with ex Marc Anthony. Emme had a chance to shine in the spotlight as she sang Bruce Springsteen's "Born in the USA."

Jenny from the Block tore up the field as she brought fans hits like "Waiting for Tonight," "On the Floor," and "Love Don't Cost a Thing." By the end of the performance, J.Lo and Shakira united for a rendition of "Let's Get Loud"and "Wake Waka" in tandem, as the crowd's excitement grew unmistakably palpable.

This is hardly the first time we've seen ARod show off his excitement for J.Lo being his main squeeze. The pair spend plenty of time together, from working out at the gym to hitting the red carpet at award shows together. Rodriguez has even gone so far as to call Jen his "champion."

"Jen, it doesn't take a trophy, medal, or plaque to identify a true champion," he wrote. "To millions of young women who have watched you and have been inspired and empowered to do amazing things in their lives, you are a champion. For countless musicians, dancers, actresses, and performers who have seen and emulate your passion, drive and work ethic to find their own success, you are a champion."
