Jennifer Lopez kisses fiancé Alex Rodriguez ahead of her hosting gig on 'SNL'
The night before her hosting gig on Saturday Night Live, Jennifer Lopez and fiancé Alex Rodriguez shared a romantic kiss in New York City.
On Friday night, while wearing a bright blue dress and knee-high boots under a black-and-green floral jacket, the Hustlers star, 50, planted a kiss on Rodriguez, 44, outside Rockefeller Center.
This will reportedly be Lopez’s third hosting gig on the NBC comedy show. And she’s clearly pumped for her return, where she’ll host with musical guest DaBaby. On Saturday morning, Lopez shared several Instagram stories and photos from behind the scenes of the program as she prepared for her appearance.
“I forgot — I haven’t done SNL in a while, like how much work it is, and how much you have to do,” Lopez told the camera, adding, “I don’t think I’m funny. I just let the comedians do their things and then I act silly.”
Lopez said, “But I am having fun, I gotta tell you, it’s one of my favorite sets to be on.”
She also recalled her days as a “Fly Girl” on the 1990s sketch comedy television show In Living Color. “But never this process, and I think it’s just different than anything you ever do.”
In another behind-the-scenes Instagram video, Lopez posted a video of herself jokingly directing staff on the set of the NBC show. “I’m already taking over,” she wrote on the post.
Lopez and Rodriguez, who got engaged back in March and celebrated with a huge bash in September, recently enjoyed Thanksgiving with Lopez’s 11-year-old twins Max and Emme and Rodriguez’s daughters Natasha, 15, and Ella, 11.
And the singer revealed that she’s open to adding another baby to their blended family. In a new interview with People, Lopez said, “I don’t know that it’s in God’s plan but I would like to try. I’m so open to it!”
