Throughout his career, Jesse Tyler Ferguson has always kept busy, from Broadway’s On The Town to his portrayal of Mitchell Pritchett on Modern Family. Now, in quarantine, Jesse’s just as busy around the house with his family, including new baby Beckett.
Though always wellness-conscious, Ferguson has found new and healthier ways to eat, drink and exercise during the pandemic — even with a baby in tow! Keep scrolling for his top five picks.
Baby Bjorn Bouncing Chair
The Extreme Makeover: Home Edition host recently made some extreme changes to his own home to make room for a new tiny tenant. And his favorite piece of fun-sized furniture is the Baby Bjorn Bouncing Chair.
“The Baby Bjorn Bouncing Chair is saving my life,” he says. “It’s comfortable. He knows he looks cute in it. I know he looks cute in it. Everyone’s happy.”
This ‘baby powered’ bouncer can handle the biggest bursts of energy and still be snuggly enough for nap time.

Peloton
Baby Beckett isn’t the only one who got new exercise equipment during quarantine.
“I got [a Peloton] for my birthday last year. My husband thought it was a ridiculous thing to get,” the actor admits, but it proved its worth, especially now.
“When I need to exercise during quarantine, it’s just in the other room and I can get a really great workout in,” he adds.
Peloton offers classes and videos to keep you motivated, ranging from 5 to 90 minutes, and the Peloton app allows you to bring your workout outside, in case you want to add some fresh air to your cardio.
