Jessica Simpson Just Posted A Photo Of Her Freezer And It's PACKED Full Of Breast Milk

If you followed Jessica Simpson's pregnancy at all, you know she had a ROUGH go of it-broken toilets, bronchitis, and all. But now that she's given birth to her third child, Birdie Mae, things seem to be going slightly smoother. One thing she doesn't appear to be struggling with: breast milk.

Jessica posted a photo to Instagram yesterday of her freezer, which is packed with breast milk-there are at least two dozen individually labeled storage bags in it (these ones, in case you were wondering!). Her caption: "I’m starting to think we should add breast milk to the Jessica Simpson Collection ??"

Fans left supportive comments like "Hardest kind of work right there! ??" and "Amazing! That’s a lot of hard work right there!" Many also let her know that she can donate milk if she has extra-there are milk banks that will take it as long as it's clearly marked with the month, day and year and time of expression.

As for storing your own breast milk, it's totally fine to keep it in the freezer until you need it, Women's Health reports. But a helpful tip: Keep it in the main compartment rather than the freezer door so it's less likely to thaw out each time someone opens the door.

Jessica's long been open about breastfeeding; in April, she posted a photo of a nearly-full bottle with the caption, "This is what success feels like." A fan left this nice comment: "So wonderful! Congrats! Keep putting positive breastfeeding pics out there like this. Women should be able to lift each other up and be happy for each other’s accomplishments."
