Joanna Gaines Revealed What She Got for Christmas, and Fans Are Feeling Nostalgic
It looks like Joanna Gaines will be rolling into 2022 in style! The Fixer Upper star took to Instagram to share one of her Christmas gifts, and it has her fans reminiscing about the eighties. It's no surprise that Jo ended up on the nice list, and it looks like she was rewarded with a brand-new pair of roller skates. She immediately hit the trails and took them for a spin with her daughters.
Joanna has lots to celebrate this week. On January 5, Chip and Joanna Gaines are launching Magnolia network (formerly DIY Network), where viewers can watch original shows, including new episodes of Fixer Upper: Welcome Home, Magnolia Table with Joanna Gaines, and more than 20 other original programs. We can see why Jo would be ready to kick up her heels and have some fun!
Joanna posted a video of herself skating with her daughters, and we must say she's a pro! She even throws in some laughter-filled spins for good measure. She captioned the reel, "I'm having an 80's flashback! I got a pair of skates for Christmas, and minus the goats and the cattle guard and the manure, I felt like I was back in the roller rink all over again!"
Her fans were transported to their own days at the roller rink. One wrote, "My daughter got skates for Christmas so I put mine on and cooked Christmas dinner and cleaned in them. Skated around the house for hours????" and another commented, "????????I think we need to bring back skating rinks! I was born in the late 80s but feel like it was one of the best decades!" One fan said, "And NOW I know what to ask Santa for Christmas for next year ! This is awesome ??????????"
