  • Joe Jonas has swapped his chocolate-brown hair for a platinum blonde.

  • On top of the color change, Joe gave his hair a niiice buzz cut too.

Hello and good morning! I am delighted to tell you that Joe Jonas has a brand-new haircut and color that will either make you (a) jump for joy, obsess over his new look, and thirst for him like never before or (b) cry over his sudden decision and crawl into a whole until this new look runs its course. Either way, you’re in for a shock, because surpriiiiise—Joe has officially decided to swap his signature curly brown hair for something super different: a platinum blonde buzz cut!

Before you ask, no…I am not pulling your leg. Joe really did dye his hair, and he gave his fans an ~exclusive~ look at it by posting a selfie to his Instagram Stories last night. See for yourself:

Like the many bleached blondes of the world, Joe decided to leave his thick brown eyebrows untouched (thank god). Not sure if this was the intention behind the dye job, but Joe and Sophie Turner totally have matching hair colors now…and TBH, I am not mad at it. A couple that colors their hair together stays together, amirite?

This isn’t the first time Joe has experimented with blonde before, actually. During his DNCE days (circa 2016), Joe constantly changed his look and tried a crap ton of hair colors, like cotton-candy-pastel highlights and fire-engine red. In between those dramatically different colors, he had a brief stint as a partial blonde. It was a lewk:

On that note, I’m sincerely hoping Joe has enough time to make sure his roots are touched up now that he’s taking care of his fatherly responsibilities!
