Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's 2nd Daughter's Name Released Amid Divorce
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner pose at the opening night of the play "Topdog/Underdog" on Broadway at The Golden Theater on October 20, 2022 in New York City.
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's second baby name has finally been revealed.
The former couple welcomed their second daughter together back in July 2022, but the little one's moniker has remained a mystery to the public—until now, that is.
New custody filings obtained by Page Six reveal that Jonas, 34, and Turner, 27, named their second daughter Delphine. They are also parents to a 3-year-old daughter named Willa.
After the Jonas Brothers singer filed for divorce from the Game of Thrones actress earlier this month, the pair have been going back and forth over where their children will stay as the divorce proceedings continue.
Despite Turner's desire to have her daughters return to the United Kingdom with her, a new court agreement reached between the estranged couple decided that the two children would remain in New York amid the impending custody arrangements.
As a result of the agreement, the parents are obligated to keep their children in the Southern and Eastern districts of New York, which includes New York City, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley.
"The parties have agreed to the entry of the attached proposed Interim Consent Order, without prejudice to either party's claims and defenses, prohibiting the removal of the parties' children from the jurisdictions of the United States District Courts for the Southern & Eastern Districts of New York pending further order of this Court," the court documents stated.
If the terms of the agreement are violated, the court will have the right to "take or cause to be taken measures under Federal or State law, as appropriate, to protect the well-being of the child involved or to prevent the child's further removal or concealment before the final disposition of the petition."
The ruling seems to be in favor of the "Waffle House" crooner, as Turner requested earlier this month that her children return to England, claiming that the family previously decided that would be their "permanent home."
However, a representative for Jonas said the singer is "seeking shared parenting with the kids so that they are raised by both their mother and father, and is, of course, also okay with the kids being raised both in the US and the UK."
