The final episode of Full House premiered in 1995—but the beloved sitcom's legacy is as strong as ever today. In fact, fans still get a kick out of old photos and mini-reunions posted by the show's actors. And John Stamos' throwback "'90s style selfie" with Dave Coulier left fans exclaiming, "Have mercy!"
On Friday, March 1, Stamos, 60, took to Instagram with an old mirror selfie taken with Coulier, 64. A shirtless Stamos notably used a digital camera to snap the photo while Coulier concentrated on shaving his neck. "#FBF w/ @dcoulier - need a caption please…" she wrote.
Stamos' Instagram followers didn't disappoint with their caption suggestions. One person commented, "Selfie..90's Style ????," while another wrote, "My son's first shave ??."
Meanwhile, someone else shared, 'You know you’ve been lifetime friends when: *inserts picture*."
Others suggested catchphrases from Full House, with one Instagram user commenting, "HAVE MERCYYYYYYYYYYY !!! ??"
“'Watch the hair!'” someone else wrote, noting another of Uncle Jesse's sayings.
"'You got it, dude' ??," another Instagram user commented, in reference to Michelle's adorable line.
Yet another person referenced an Uncle Joey catchphrase with a twist, writing, "Cut it out, just not open ????."

Even Coulier chimed in with a caption, joking, "John, where is your right hand?"
Meanwhile, Jodie Sweetin, who played Stephanie on Full House, commented, "'Ok… i’ll start with the face and then you can get my back…'"
Stamos played Danny Tanner's (Bob Saget) brother-in-law Uncle Jesse Katsopois on Full House while Coulier portrayed aspiring comedian Joey Gladstone—and all three men helped raise Tanner's three daughters following his wife's death.
The show ran for eight seasons, inspiring a spinoff called Fuller House—on which Stamos and Coulier guest-starred—from 2016 to 2020.
