Expert Advice
The best part about running is the community, and we’re with you every step of the way. You’ll be able to chat with fellow members, our editors, and other running experts through a members-only forum and newsletter, plus live chats and in-person meet-ups. Meet two of the experts who will help you reach your next running goal.
Runner-in-Chief Jeff Dengate
Jeff is Runner-in-Chief for Runner’s World, guiding the brand’s shoes and gear coverage. A true shoe dog, he’s spent more than a decade testing and reviewing shoes. In 2017, he ran in 285 different pairs of shoes, including a streak of 257 days wearing a different model.
Runner’s World Coach Jess Movold
A running veteran for more than a decade, Jess is a licensed coach at the Mile High Run Club in New York City. When she’s not motivating class-goers through grueling treadmill workouts, you’ll likely find her zigzagging boroughs on bridges throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan or training for her next marathon (Berlin). She’s ready to push you to your next running goal as she chases her own-running a marathon in under 3 hours.
Why did I hit the wall?
You must really love Runner’s World! Our most frequent users will encounter a paywall depending on what they browse across the site each month. We’ve been writing the most cutting-edge and inspirational stories about running since 1966, and we want to continue doing so. Which is why Runner’s World+ includes unlimited access to all of our content, plus additional exclusive tools, training plans, and expert advice to make you stronger.
What is the main difference between the monthly and annual plans?
Annual users get access to two training plans-from helping you run non-stop for the first time to finishing a marathon in under 3 hours-plus a subscription to our print magazine. Credit cards for annual members will be charged one time each year, while monthly members will be charged every 30 days.

What kind of special events will we have access to?
