JSX adds nonstops from Scottsdale to this winter playground. Here's where you can go
JSX isn't done announcing new flights from Scottsdale.
Less than two months after announcing a new route to Dallas, the public charter jet service said it would add flights to Salt Lake City from Scottsdale Airport in time for the December holidays. The new route will begin flying close to the time JSX marks one year in Scottsdale.
This is the third new route JSX has announced out of Scottsdale in 2024. It also debuted flights between Scottsdale and Orange County, California, in May. JSX offers flights aboard small planes with a check-in process that takes just minutes.
Here's what to know about the new JSX flights, including how much they will cost.
When do JSX's Scottsdale-Salt Lake City flights start?
JSX will begin flying from Scottsdale to Salt Lake City on Thursday, Dec. 19.
Flights will operate once daily, though no flights are scheduled for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
How much do JSX flights cost?
Introductory fares for the new Scottsdale-Salt Lake City route start at $299 one way, with the lowest fares available on multiple dates from December 2024 to March 2025.
JSX fares include two checked bags, onboard cocktails, gourmet snacks and in-flight Wi-Fi from Starlink.

Is JSX considered private?
JSX operates out of large airports' smaller private terminals, like Dallas Love Field (and formerly the Swift Terminal at Sky Harbor), and at smaller airports close to major cities, like Scottsdale. This allows passengers to go from parking or drop-off to boarding without traffic, crowds or long security waits.
JSX uses 30-seat Embraer jets with business-class legroom, power outlets in each row and no middle seats.
