At the 2016 Emmy Awards, the night doesn't end once the show's over. After the ceremony comes the after-party which makes for a late night if you're up for a big award like Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who's nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for her role in Veep.

Luckily, the five-time nominee and four-time winner is a seasoned pro at keeping her complexion bright and glowing throughout an awards show night. “When working on the Veep set or other TV shows and movies we have really long hours. This can take a serious toll on your skin," Dreyfus exclusively tells InStyle. "I use the La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Cream ($440; laprairie.com) to keep the skin looking fresh and Dewey. Late nights make for tired eyes as well. I’ve been using the skin caviar eye complex to keep the eye area hydrated. It also doubles as an eye shadow primer!”

Along with Dreyfus' secret weapon, makeup artist Karen Kawahara also prepped her skin with a red carpet-worthy lineup of La Prairie Skin Caviar Essence-in-Lotion ($240; laprairie.com), La Prairie Skin Caviar Liquid Lift ($540; laprairie.com), and a drop of La Prairie Essence of Skin Caviar Eye Complex with Caviair Extract ($335; laprairie.com) on each eyelid as a base.

Once Kawahara enhanced Dreyfus' already perfect complexion with La Prairie Skin Caviar Concealer Foundation SPF 15 in Linen ($220; laprairie.com), she applied a dab of La Prairie Light Fantastic Cellular Concealing Brightening Eye Treatment ($80; laprairie.com) on each eye as a primer to ensure the actress' eye makeup stays in place along with her glow throughout the night.

On the eyes, Kawahara created a soft smoky eye using La Prairie Luxe Eyeliner Automatic in Brun ($50; laprairie.com) around the eye, the mauve shade in La Prairie Cellular Treatment Eye Colour Ensemble in Les Orchidees ($70; laprairie.com) on the eyelids, and the Dark Braun shade in the Les Brunes palette, smudging it over the eyeliner, and smudged the Brun eyeliner in the inner corners of the eyes.

After a few coats of La Prairie Cellular Treatment Mascara Instant Curl in Noir ($40; laprairie.com), the look was completed with the lips. Kawahara used La Prairie Cellular Luxe Lip Liner in Nude ($50; laprairie.com), eliminating any harsh lines by blending the liner with a brush, and applied La Prairie Cellular Luxe Lip Colour in Tawny ($55; laprairie.com) all over Dreyfus' lips.
