Julianne Moore Reveals Her Engagement Ring Has This One Unique Detail
The kids are alright… and in the palm of her hand. Actress Julianne Moore revealed a fascinating and incredibly sweet new detail about her engagement ring from her husband, Bart Freundlich, while chatting about jewelry this week.
Moore, who married Freundlich in 2003, shared with Coveteur in a new interview that the one piece of jewelry she would wear for the rest of her life is a ring. In fact, it’s her engagement ring. “My engagement ring has my childrens’ names in it,” she said. “And it’s platinum and diamonds.”

Moore, 56, shares two children, Liv and Caleb, with her director husband. The couple married in August 2003 after welcoming their two little ones (currently ages 15 and 19, respectively). For the New York City nuptials, Moore wore a lilac gown by Prada.
Decades later, life has settled in beautifully for the spouses. “We’ll either go out to dinner or eat dinner at home and watch a movie,” Moore said of a typical night in their household. “I read a little bit, and then I go to bed. I wake up at 6:30 when I’m not working because my daughter is still in high school. So I get up and make her breakfast.”
