Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin Marry Again in Second Wedding Ceremony: Get the Details
Once again… Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are married. The couple, who first made it official in a whirlwind elopement ceremony last September, formalized their vows yet again before family members and friends on Monday, September 30, 2019, a year into marriage.
This time around, though, the couple took a more traditional approach to their nuptials. With everything from bachelorette parties to waterfront rehearsal dinners, the to-be-weds enjoyed an unforgettable second wedding weekend leading up to the day. Get more details from The Knot below.
The Couple’s Second Wedding
Bieber and Baldwin exchanged vows at sunset on Monday night—this time affirming their love before both sides of the family. The couple has reportedly been planning this wedding weekend bash for over a year—ever since their spontaneous city hall elopement back in September 2018.
The Venue
For the special occasion, the couple chose the historic Montage Palmetto Bluff in South Carolina, a five-star hotel property nestled along the Atlantic Ocean, as their venue.
The duo decided on Montage for their nuptials because it’s one of their favorite getaways, a source told People. Bieber has also previously spent time at the hotel brand’s property in Laguna Beach, California.
The source told People that The Montage is like a second home to the “Sorry” singer, and that he’s escaped there in the past when he’s needed some quiet time. Baldwin is also a huge fan of the picturesque property, the source added.
The celebration spanned across different areas of the hotel, with guests enjoying spaces like the venue’s chapel, lounge and ballroom.

The Guest List
The couple said “I Do” in front of a total of 154 guests, according to People. (Based on The Knot Real Weddings Study, the Biebers’ wedding size is slightly above the national average, which is 136 guests.) Given the singer and supermodel’s A-list status, it’s no surprise their wedding included other notable guests. Celebs like Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Joan Smalls, Kenny Hamilton, Kyle Massey, Karla Welch, Justine Skye, and of course, Scooter Braun, were in attendance, according to E! News.
Baldwin’s bridal party included her older sister, Alaia Baldwin, and her cousin, Ireland Baldwin. Stephen Baldwin (the bride’s father) and other family members were also in attendance. Bieber’s parents, Pattie Mallette and Jeremy Bieber, were there for the celebration too.

The Ceremony
E! News reports that the ceremony was planned by event designer, Mindy Weiss. Before the highly-anticipated ceremony, guests enjoyed pre-ceremony cocktails at the lobby lounge, according to People. Afterwards, the couple’s nuptials took place in the hotel’s romantic Somerset Chapel. Laura and Carl Lentz of Hillsong Church were also in attendance and presumably had a role in the ceremony itself.
According to E!, the crowd erupted into cheers after the pair exchanged vows. Guests were then handed glasses of champagne to toast to the couple’s “newlywed” status.

The Dress
No official pictures of Baldwin’s dress have been shared, but Bieber shared two photos of himself with his wife from their ever-so-popular photo booth. The images, which he posted to Instagram, feature a short-haired Bieber in a white dress shirt and black bowtie, and it also teases Baldwin’s reception dress, which appears to be a sleek, high-neck white gown. To complement her gown, Baldwin opted to sweep her hair into a low, loose bun. The model, who’s also a bareMinerals ambassador, kept her wedding day makeup minimalistic.

Baldwin picked the designer for her dress over a year ago, according to The Cut. The supermodel hasn’t revealed who designed her bridal gown yet.
At the end of the night, Baldwin topped her gorgeous dress with a custom black leather jacket with “Wife” embellished on it.

The Reception
Following the ceremony, the couple hosted a formal reception with a plated dinner in the hotel’s grand Wilson ballroom.
Grammy-winning artist Daniel Caesar was expected to perform later in the evening, People confirmed. It’s rumored that country duo Dan + Shay also performed a song with Bieber (the three artists are believed to be releasing a new single later this week). The couple’s reception festivities included a photo booth, where both guests and the newlyweds snapped some memorable pictures to commemorate the wedding.

The Couple’s Sunset Rehearsal Dinner
The couple kicked off their official wedding festivities with an intimate and rather star-studded wedding rehearsal dinner with loved ones Sunday evening. The pair kept the guest list limited to close friends and family only, which included the same A-listers present at the ceremony.
Guests arrived to Moreland Landing by boat around sunset, and they were immediately greeted by waiters with champagne, the source added. The dinner was served outdoors on the edge of the water, and guests were seated at long tables. The to-be-weds and their friends and family enjoyed local food, including an oyster roast, an insider told People.
For decor, the couple opted for an all-white theme and accented the venue with hanging string lights and lit candles. Baldwin paired her custom Vivienne Westwood off-the-shoulder white silk dress with a white ribbon hairpiece and white ribbon shoes. Bieber rocked a white a white polo tucked into navy dress pants with navy boat shoes.
After the dinner, many guests (including Kendall Jenner) were seen bowling at the Boundary Bowling and Game Room at the Montage property. There are rumors that the couple also organized a screening of The Notebook for their guests, according to E! News. Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin’s wedding took place the next day on September 30, 2019.

Baldwin’s Los Angeles Bachelorette Party
Before heading off to the couple’s chosen venue, Baldwin celebrated her impending nuptials in style. The model’s close friend, Kendall Jenner, planned a bachelorette bash for the bride-to-be in Los Angeles. For the event, Baldwin rocked a white bodycon dress and a short veil. Also in attendance was Baldwin’s older sister, Alaia, who posted pictures throughout the celebration. Baldwin and her crew started the night with dinner at Ysabel in West Hollywood and then continued the festivities at celeb hotspot Delilah, a source told People. Before the party, Jenner was seen buying silly bachelorette party favors.
