Kaia Gerber already looks just like her Cindy Crawford, but when she’s wearing ’90s attire the similarities between the mother-daughter duo are even more striking — and that’s exactly what happened on Wednesday.
Out for lunch with Kendall Jenner in Beverly Hills, Calif., Gerber wore a black cropped tank, high-waist mom-style cropped denim jeans, and black high-top Converse sneakers. The retro vibe was heightened thanks to purple-tinted sunglasses, silver hoop earrings, and a white bucket hat. She also carried an Alexander Wang $550 fanny pack like a crossbody bag.
Jenner followed her model friend’s lead in a coordinating white crop top. Her retro look is a little more rugged; her shirt was actually just a cutoff tank top. She balanced that out with black slacks that she tightened with a white shoelace. She wore white worn-in Adidas sneakers and black oval sunglasses like the ones Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt made famous two decades ago. She accessorized with a Louis Vuitton handbag.
