Kaley Cuoco, 34, Has Totally Nailed Working Out In A Face Mask—And Her Abs Are Proof

When Kaley Cuoco, 34, posts a workout video on Instagram, you know it’s going to be good. The Flight Attendant star has made it clear she doesn’t mess around when it comes to her exercise routine. But JIC you needed some more proof, she just dropped a new video chronicling her latest sweat sesh, and it’ll make you tired just from looking at it.

“Jump It Out,” she captioned the vid. “My newest obsession during COVID/quarantine! All you need is 20 mins, a jump rope, and good music!”

In the video, Kaley can be seen jumping rope in what looks like a gym. She’s wearing a face mask, sports bra, and a workout skirt—oh, and her abs look amazing. Then…she starts jumping rope in a way you only wish you could. She criss-crosses her arms, jumps forward, jumps back, does high-knees, turns around, and does it all over again. By the end, her high ponytail is a low, messy pony, which is so relatable.

People were understandably impressed in the comments. “Way to go! I would've smacked myself a thousand times with my jump rope. Lol,” one fan wrote. “Killing it!! ????” her trainer Ryan Sorenson said. “20 minutes????? That’s why you have abs,” her former Big Bang Theory co-star Kunal Nayyar chimed in.

But Kaley doesn’t ~just~ crush it with a jump rope, she's all about mixing it up. The actress recently shared video of herself doing a seriously intense workout alongside her sister, Briana Cuoco. In it, she does jumps, boxing moves, a stationary bike, footwork, sprints, stair exercises, and, yep, jumping rope.

And, in a series of Instagram snaps from a recent workout led by Sorenson, Kaley and Briana powered through lunges, squats, jumping rope, and resistance bands.
