Kanye West Issues Demand Over Children With Kim Kardashian

Kanye West is issuing a public demand of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, regarding their four children.
The rapper took to Instagram early in the morning of Thursday, Feb. 29, calling for the SKIMS founder to remove North, 10, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 4, from Sierra Canyon, a private school in Los Angeles.
In a graphic image uploaded to his feed, Ye wrote, in all caps, "Kim take my kids out of Sierra Canyon now it's a fake school for celebrities that are used by 'the system.'"
In the caption, he suggested that "everybody knows what 'the system' is code word for," suggesting that "the system" was the reason he was removed from his father and his children.
"When the system drafts athletes they avoid working with those who have their father in their life because they are harder to manipulate," he added. "My two oldest know they daddy is."
After Ye first doxxed the school's location back in 2022, Kardashian covered the cost of hiring additional security for the property. The same year, he insisted in an interview with Good Morning America that he "absolutely" wanted his children to attend Donda Academy, the "gospel school" he founded in honor of his late mother.
"I'm their dad. It has to be co-parenting. It's not up to only the woman. Like, men have a choice also. Men's voices matter," he said at the time. However, the unaccredited school faced a slew of controversies, relating both to West's own problematic behavior as well as its alleged violations of education, health and safety codes, terminating educators based on race and retaliation, and failing to fully pay teachers, among others.
According to West, his children's current school's administration is trying to "indoctrinate" the students, many of whom are children of celebrities. In an interview with Tucker Carlson, per Page Six, he conceded that he and Kardashian had come to a "compromise" of allowing his kids to come to Donda after school for extracurricular activities, but Ye said he wasn't giving up.
“I’m not finished because I don’t compromise — but we’ve come to a compromise that my kids come to my school after school and they learn choir.”
At this point, it's unclear if Donda is even still operational. In late 2022, hours after announcing that it was closing for the rest of the school year, it reportedly quickly reversed direction, with a second email announcing it was "back with a vengeance," according to KTLA. However, its website is no longer active.
Plus, in his latest social media rant, he didn't offer an alternative place of enrollment for the kids, Donda or otherwise.
