Kate Beckinsale Gets 'Festive' in Daringly Risqué Gown

Kate Beckinsale knows how to follow directions, and her latest risqué fashion statement proves it.
The actress was totally sliving as she posed for a brief photoshoot before heading off to a party thrown by Paris Hilton, showing off the daring gown she chose for the occasion.
The base of the floor-length dress was created with a totally sheer mesh fabric, showing off her slim figure beneath. She wore a pair of lavender panties for modesty, perfectly matching the background chosen for the shoot, while strips of strategically placed metallic flowers covered up her chest.
One line traveled down the center of the garment, attached to a thick, bejeweled choker-style neckline, with a matching line of thinner flowers originating in the middle of each shoulder to cross the center of each breast. The contrasting lines appeared to continue all the way around the gown, which also featured long sleeves with metallic feathers attached around the cuffs.
She posed with a handbag shaped like a white Persian cat, with an actual feline draped at her feet in some of the snaps, which she uploaded to Instagram on Friday, Dec. 1.
"When @parishilton says “dress festive” for her #Slivmas party (to celebrate the release of Paris in Love Season 2 Now streaming on Peacock) you must obey," she wrote.
"??Queen of pink rules?? (I especially like that in the first picture , the cat , the handbag and I have all achieved the same expression)."
Fans said Beckinsale looked "gorgeous as ever," with one even claiming to have dropped their coffee upon first laying eyes on the photos.
"Coffee dropped.. gosh and spectacular ??," they wrote.
"I just opened insta to check on a soup recipe and here you are looking like this and now I have burnt my carrots. ??????," someone else joked.
We have a feeling they're not too upset about it, though.
