But while Kate's taken a break coloring her hair as of late, she definitely hasn't eased up on her workouts. Her rock-hard abs are proof of that.

The Fabletics founder previously told Women’s Health that she tries to do three to four workouts a week, switching things up regularly with at-home workouts, like Peloton Tread, pole dancing (she has a pole at home), hot yoga, workouts at Body by Simone, Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift, and private Pilates sessions with instructor Nicole Stuart.

Turns out, the actress especially loves Pilates. “I love how flexible I get and what it does to the shape of my body,” she said.

And Kate has even been staying in shape by doing yoga at home with her daughter, Rani Rose.

"Morning yoga with my little monkey ????," she captioned the post.

And as for Kate's diet, she eats around five times a day. She drinks celery juice first thing, followed by a protein shake, oatmeal, an acai bowl, or eggs. Other meals usually consist of plant-based dishes like squash or zucchini noodles–but she adds chicken, fish, or steak to the mix on occasion.
