  • Kate Hudson, 42, shared her latest lower body workout on Instagram, and it's intense.

  • The actress revealed exactly how she sculpts her toned legs at home with a chair.

  • Kate has been leveling up her workout routine with a new trainer and intense new moves, and it shows.

Kate Hudson, 42, is the queen of trying out new exercises, and she just dropped info about her latest leg workout on Instagram. A huge perk? All you need is a chair to do the whole routine at home.

Kate kept the caption simple: “Happy legs ?? #keepgoing #repeatrepeatrepeat.” The actress included several videos that show her going after it, while using a chair as her only prop.

In one clip, Kate does backward leg lifts while wearing ankle weights. In another section, she’s doing some kind of incredibly complicated dance-inspired leg movement that I can’t even begin to describe. (You have to see it for yourself.) Finally, she does a bunch of high leg lifts behind her body that’ll make your butt burn just by looking at them.

The best part: You can do these exercises at home. All you need is a chair. (Yep, any kind of chair will do.)

Clearly that’s all working for her—she shows off her super tight abs and sculpted legs in a crop top and shorts as she owns the motions.

People were all over it in the comments, including plenty of Kate’s famous friends. “You are inspiring me !” wrote Jenna Dewan. “You better slam on ‘em queen kate. Tell @dragonmasterbri that y’all are inspiring the hell outta me. Bout to drop my 4 covid babies and come to your closet to steal cast offs. ????????,” said Octavia Spencer.

This isn’t the only workout vid Kate has shared lately. She dropped one late last week that showed her doing some thigh-and butt- burning moves at the gym. “I love when it’s over! Getting stronger and tighter with movements but it never gets EASIER ????! We keep going! ???♀?” she wrote in the caption. Her new trainer Brian Nguyen, a.k.a. Dragon Master, is leading her intense regime.

In another one, Kate can be seen circling a small parachute around her body, while her boyfriend Danny Fujikawa does a workout in the background. “This gives ‘staying centered’ a whole new meaning for me ??,” she said in the caption. “First time taking this for a ride, definitely not the last ??.”

Of course, these are the only workouts Kate does. She’s big—huge—on Pilates. "I know I'm at my strongest is when I'm doing my Pilates because it never gets easier. The more you do Pilates the harder the things you can do become," Kate previously told Women’s Health. "I love how flexible I feel and I like what it does to the shape of my body."

She also eats really well. Kate kicks off each day by drinking celery juice, followed by a protein shake, oatmeal, an acai bowl, or eggs. She likes to focus on plant-based foods like squash or zucchini noodles, but she’ll also throw some chicken, fish, or steak to the mix here or there.

Now, to find a chair…
