Kate Middleton and Prince William’s zodiac signs make them the perfect parenting duo
It seemed like the whole world tuned in to watch their favorite prince marry the girl of his dreams back in 2011. And now, with three adorable little kiddos and eight happy years of marriage already behind them, it really does seem that Prince William and Kate Middleton are a perfect match — but are they? Let’s turn to astrology for a deeper look into the relationship of this regally radiant couple.
William is a Cancer (June 21-July 22), just like his beloved mother, Princess Diana, which means that he is highly sensitive and emotional (Cancer is a water sign), especially in regard to matters of the family and home. Kate is a Capricorn (Dec 22-Jan 19) and, as such, is extremely ambitious, disciplined, practical and persistent. Capricorns tend to use these traits to excel professionally, making Kate a perfect fit for taking on a royal role.
Cancer and Capricorn are opposite signs, meaning that they are positioned exactly across from each other on the Zodiac. This means that they are both extremely similar, and very different. Both Cancer and Capricorn crave security and stability and work very hard to develop and maintain it. Cancers seek security and stability through the home and family, going out of their way to spend time with those that bring them love and comfort. If a Cancer cannot find love and security at home, they will work very hard to create an environment and maintain relationships where that can be found.
On the flip side, Capricorn seeks the same — but by working very hard to establish a steady career by securing a role in society that promises financial and material comfort. So, even though these signs have the same life goals, they have very different ways of achieving them.
And, when the going gets tough for these two, Cancer has a tendency to breakdown and withdraw, whereas Capricorn uses failure as motivation to keep pushing on and doesn’t dwell in emotion for very long.
Even though they might not understand each other from time to time, they can still make a seriously powerful duo if they take the time to recognize each other’s differences. It certainly seems like Will and Kate have managed that superbly. Will most likely does everything he can to make sure his wife and kids are happy at home, while Kate meticulously looks over every detail before any public appearance to ensure everything is ship-shape, giving the press positive fodder only. And it does seem to work.
