News that Kate is expecting again came just one month after she joked about wanting "more children" while on the royal tour of Poland.
As with both of her previous pregnancies, Kate is suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, a severe form of morning sickness. Despite the condition, Kate has appeared in good spirits at recent royal engagements.
