1986 and 1987
In 1986, William was just four years old and showed off his patriotism in this look. He later joined the Royal Air Force. Kate returned from living in Jordan for a few years to West Berkshire in September 1986. This photo of her is from 1987.
1995
If you're wondering what the royal children will look like as teenagers, here's your best bet. Both 13 in 1995, William and Kate were focused on school. She was a student and athlete (she played hockey, tennis, and volleyball) at St. Andrew's School and he entered Eton College.
The Early 2000s
Shocking, right? William looks so youthful here while Kate obviously tried a different hairdo. In 2002, she walked in a charity fashion show at the University of St. Andrews. By 2003, William was well into his royal life, and attended the 50th anniversary of the coronation at Westminster Abbey.
2005

In 2007, Prince William learned to fly at the Royal Air Force while Kate started to experiment with different fashion at the Cheltenham Festival races.
