Kate Middleton Has Serious Gardening Skills (and She's Sharing Her Green Thumb with George and Charlotte, Too)

She may be British royalty, but that isn’t stopping Kate Middleton from getting her hands dirty.

Today, at an event to celebrate London’s Robin Hood Primary School’s work with the Royal Horticultural Society, the duchess looked right at home as she rolled up her sleeves, threw on a pair of gardening gloves and got to work planting some winter bulbs.

She also made it clear that she’s not the only person in her household with an affinity for digging around in the dirt. Kate explained it’s been a top priority for her to share her love of gardening with two (very little) royals: George and Char.

“I’ve got such fond memories of being in the garden and being outside from my own childhood, and I’m sharing that with my own children, George and Charlotte, at the moment,” she explained.

We can only imagine their adorable gardening clothes.
