Kate Middleton just made her first solo appearance since the release of Prince Harry's bombshell memoir, and wore an extremely cozy-looking burnt orange turtleneck paired with a matching skirt. And the good news is that they're both on sale at My Theresa if you feel like treating yourself like a literal princess.
Kate wore the look for a visit to a local nursery, where she greeted staff and chilled with some cute kids. She paired her sweater and maxi skirt with a Massimo Dutti coat (which she reportedly first wore back in 2020) and black boots.
Kate and her husband Prince William have been back on the royal engagement circuit this past week, and the timing is...slightly awkward given that Prince Harry's book just dropped and is full of royal bombshells. Prince William was actually asked about the memoir during his and Kate's first joint appearance post-Spare, when a reporter yelled out, "Were you hurt by the comments in Harry’s book, Sir?" Unfortunately, he ignored the question. Or didn't hear it. Either way!
The royals still haven't commented on Harry's book, but a source told Us Weekly that “Kate feels that Harry’s actions are atrocious” and she is “appalled at him for dragging her name through the dirt and is finding it hard to forgive.” An insider also told the outlet that both Kate and Prince William are “very upset about Harry’s revelations,” and that “they’re both confiding in each other right now.”
In case you missed it (but it's v, v doubtful) Harry detailed Prince William physically attacking him in his memoir, and also spoke candidly about the drama between Kate and Meghan Markle—even recounting a story of Kate making Meghan cry during a bridesmaid dress fitting. More on that below:
