Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock have finally settled their divorce, and People and The Blast report that Kelly’s paying her ex a truly gigantic one-time sum of just over $1.3 million, as well as monthly child support payments of $45,601 and spousal support payments of $115,000 per month until January 31, 2024. (Note: This spousal support amount is actually lower than what Kelly was previously ordered to pay, which was $150,000 per month).

Aside from the financial settlement, Kelly and Brandon will split joining custody of their children, who will live primarily at Kelly’s home in Los Angeles. The agreement also makes it clear that both kids will be vaccinated against COVID-19, since they will be traveling to visit Brandon in Montana.

And speaking of Montana, Kelly technically owns the family ranch—but since Brandon is living there, he’ll be paying $2,000 a month for use of the property until he moves out in June. Kelly is also retaining ownership of their other Montana property as well as the family pets, multiple cars including a Porsche, and a flight simulator. Meanwhile, Brandon gets to keep the former couple’s “farm cattle, livestock, stock dogs, and horses,” as well as several cars and snowmobiles, a golf simulator, and some fancy watches from Patek Philippe.

Back in October 2020, Kelly opened up about her divorce to Entertainment Tonight, “I feel like if you’re hiding something, there must be something wrong with it. And there’s nothing wrong with anything—life just kind of happens, and it takes turns that you don’t expect and are sad.”
