Kelly Osbourne Hits Back at Those Who've Criticized Her Change in Appearance
Kelly Osbourne denies she's had plastic surgery in a new interview after fans' social media comments alleging she's had work done.
During a chat with the Daily Mail alongside her mom Sharon Osbourne to promote the revival of podcast The Osbournes, the TV personality shut down the claims. "I've never had any procedure like plastic surgery," she said. "There are things that definitely want to do when I get older, but I'm too scared aren't I?"
Sharon agreed, noting, "Oh, she's a coward! A wuss!"
Kelly confirmed, "I've done Botox, that's it. It's weird because now that I've lost weight, everybody is criticizing and trying to figure out what it is that I've done, and I really just lost weight. It's just the shape of my face!"
When the 38-year-old appeared in MTV reality show The Osbournes with her family in the early 2000s, her face shape was rounder, giving the appearance of a shorter jaw line. She alleges that after undergoing gastric bypass surgery in 2018, the weight loss gave her the appearance of a sharper, longer jaw line.
Kelly explained "And everyone knows that I had weight loss surgery, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. But there's this whole thing about it, 'well you didn't do it the right way.' There is no right way.'"
She continued, "The road to happiness is different for everybody, and I think that instead of picking apart the journey, they should just be happy that you reached your destination."
This isn't the first time Kelly's had to shut down plastic surgery rumors. In a video shared on Instagram in 2021, she said, "I have not had plastic surgery. I have never done anything to my face other than a couple of injections in my lips, in my jaw and in my forehead here."
