Starting Sunday, Feb. 25, KFC's menu will include the new item to satisfy everyone.
What is Chizza at KFC?
The Chizza (pronounced cheet-za) is two white meat Extra Crispy fried chicken filets topped with zesty marinara sauce, melty mozzarella cheese and crispy pepperoni.
According to a news release, Chizza first debuted on KFC menus in the Philippines in 2015 and since then the KFC exclusive has made its way around the world to Korea, Taiwan, India, Thailand, Germany, Spain and Mexico, among other countries.
"Fried chicken and pizza collaborated to create something even better — the Chizza," Nick Chavez, CMO of KFC U.S. said in a release "The fan-favorite mashup is finally available in the U.S. after making its way around the world — try it while you can!"
KFC adding new lemonade
Along with the Chizza, KFC is also bringing Blackberry Lemonade back to its menu.
Both the Chizza and lemonade are for a limited time, so don't sleep on the chance to pair them.
