Khloé Kardashian Gives Birth to Her First Child!

The newest Kardashian baby has arrived, and the circumstances around this birth are unlike any other.

People confirms that Khloé Kardashian has welcomed her first child with boyfriend and NBA star Tristan Thompson, a baby girl. She was delivered around 4 a.m. ET on Thursday morning at a hospital outside Cleveland, TMZ reports, and the baby reportedly does not have a name yet. According to The Blast, Thompson was present for the birth.

The little tot arrives amid allegations that Thompson cheated on Kardashian with a woman in New York. Earlier this month, the athlete was spotted getting a little too close to a woman in photos and footage published by the Daily Mail. TMZ also released October 2017 footage in which he's seen kissing a woman and being groped by another in Washington, D.C.

The reports made headlines just one day after she shared this image of her and Thompson kissing, waiting for their daughter to arrive.

Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner, flew to be by her daughter's side in Cleveland shortly after the cheating rumors broke. Though it's unclear whether she left L.A. earlier than planned—the entire family was expected to visit Khloé during labor, regardless—Jenner definitely went for support. “It makes sense that Khloé would rather be in L.A. with her immediate family all around her—that’s her real home ... Cleveland isn’t her home now, no matter how hard she tries," a source said to People of Khloé. "But she physically can’t leave, which is also why the timing of this is just so awful; she can’t escape.”

The birth of the baby girl months and months of reports that Khloé was indeed pregnant, and, of course, plenty of maternity style moments. Though she spent some time blocking her baby bump, Kardashian finally shared the news in December 2017 with an Instagram of her baby bump.

"My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby! I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what He was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient," she wrote. "I still at times can't believe that our love created life!"

In addition to thanking Thompson for being such a supportive partner back then, she also explained why she remained mum on the subject. "Thank you to everyone for the love and positive vibes! I know we've been keeping this quite but we wanted to enjoy this between our family and close friends as long as we could privately,” she wrote.

She also took to Twitter to share relief over the success of the reveal, which prompted some fans to speculate that these two are already engaged because of two rings on Khloé’s left hand.

In September, People confirmed reports that Kardashian was pregnant. “This isn’t something they were in a rush to announce to the whole world, and it’s only been in just the past week or so that they’ve felt comfortable telling most of their inner circle,” a source told People. “Things were complicated a bit by Kylie’s announcement as they don’t want to be seen as intruding on that moment for her but it is now reaching a point where Khloé doesn’t want to be openly lying to people, and just staying quiet isn’t going to work anymore."

The couple began dating in September 2016, and previously discussed having children together. "He wants to have, like, five or six kids with me, and that's lovely," she said during an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. "We could start at one and then grow from there. But now, knowing I'm not on birth control, it's really scary. It's like a really big step."
