Khloé Kardasian Claps Back at Ab Selfie Haters

Khloé Kardashian gave birth to her baby True five weeks ago, and she's already back in the gym. She's been taking some heat for it on social media though, and she decided to address her haters on Snapchat yesterday.

While showing off her post-baby abs, Khloé said, “What I’m annoyed about is that I’ve read a couple of times on Twitter that, you know, they feel that I’m focusing too much on my body, but the truth is, I’ve worked out five or six days a week before I got pregnant and that’s my sanctuary and something I love to do,” she said.

She said her gym routine helps her get back into a rhythm in between feedings with True. "I want to find time to work out because that’s going to be my new normal,” she said. “Just because I have a baby, doesn’t mean I have to stop doing the things that I love, and I love working out and getting my mind right.”

She said the beginning of working out is the hardest because you have to push your body so hard. It makes you incredibly tired. “It’s much more difficult than I think you expect it to be," she said. "I’ve been working out for 11 days now, I feel really good, but tired. My body is sore because it’s re-waking itself back up."

Whatever she's doing, she's obviously killing it. Do you, girl.
