Khloe Kardashian Learns the Sex of Her Baby

Last the world heard from Khloe (via a Keeping Up With the Kardashian teaser), she'd been having some scary pregnancy complications. All is presumably well now, as the latest clip shows Khloe, Kourtney and Kim in San Francisco on vacation, where Khloe tells her sisters the sex of her baby for the first time.

Though you don't actually hear Khloe say the words "it's a boy" (which it is, as confirmed by PEOPLE), you do see Kourtney say "I'm shocked" before she and Kim joyfully tackle Khloe.
