Kim Kardashian Is Having A CBD-Themed Baby Shower To Celebrate 'The Calm Before The Storm'
Kim Kardashian, who will welcoming baby number four via surrogate in early May, is embracing the "calm before the storm" with a CBD-themed shower. Though the KUWTK star is celebrating her growing brood with the relaxing pre-baby event, we're not sure how low-key it'll be. This family's got a reputation for over-the-top festivities.
"This year, because I am freaking out so much, I just want a zen-like CBD-themed baby shower," Kardashian told E! News. The non-psychoactive cannabis compound has been praised for relieving stress and anxiety. "I just want massages, I want to do like a tea ceremony with crystals and we're going to have a drink at this baby shower-we're not pregnant."
Gonna go out on a limb here and guess they're not playing the diaper game? Kim and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan (klan?) have hosted a fair share of extravagant baby showers-tbh, I've lost count of all the kids. Just last year, Khloe celebrated her bundle of joy with 45,000 flowers, while Kylie hosted a luxe pajama party.

Though Kim is looking forward to the big day, she admits the shower has more to do with preparing her kids North, Saint, and Chicago for the arrival of their new baby brother. "When you have a surrogate, for me, I realized that having a baby shower for Chi was actually so much more beneficial for my kids, because they saw people coming," she continued. "They actually saw that it was like, 'A new baby is coming.' They got excited for Chi to come that way, seeing that everyone was coming to celebrate the baby, so I'm actually really doing it for them."
