What to know about New Year's Eve 2023 fireworks at the Wilmington Riverfront in Delaware

New Year’s Eve is almost here, and if you don’t have plans yet, the Wilmington Riverfront’s fireworks display might be just what you’re looking for.

Wilmington is back this year with a New Year’s Eve fireworks display on the Riverfront at 815 Justison St., where attendees can enjoy a fireworks show over the Christina River and Wilmington skyline.

Fireworks start at 9 p.m., and the event runs until midnight.

If this event isn’t in your area, there are plenty of other New Year’s Eve events scheduled around Delaware this year, including a bowling bash in Middletown, a festive celebration at Bally’s Dover Casino Resort in Dover and the annual Anchor Drop in Lewes.
