How Kourtney Kardashian’s Relationship With Her Husband Changed Since Having Rocky
Kourtney Kardashian, Travis Barker
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's relationship isn't as simple as it once was since welcoming baby Rocky last month.
After having a child, it's pretty standard for relationships to change–as any parent could probably relate. But in this celebrity couple's case, all the changes have been positive, at least so far.
"Kourtney and Travis are over the moon and could not be more elated that they share a child of their own together," a source told ET. "Kourtney and Travis already had an unbreakable bond, but having a baby together has brought them even closer and made them fall even more in love. This experience has solidified their feelings that they were destined to be together."
While parents–and even grandparents–enjoy spoiling their kids every so often, according to the source, Travis hasn't slacked off on pampering and indulging his wife either–aw!
"Travis loves to shower Kourtney with gifts but is also there for her on a deep level," the source added. "He is an incredibly dedicated father and partner. They’re so excited to experience this new chapter together and unite their families even more."
But anyone who's been keeping up with the Kardashians could already guess just how happy these two are now that they have baby Rocky in their lives–especially Travis, who took to his Instagram Story on Thursday, Dec. 14, to share a video of their annual gingerbread house, which now includes a special place for their son's name. Talk about a sweet shout out!
Baby Rocky was number four for both parents, as Kourtney shares three kids–14-year-old Mason Dash, 11-year-old Penelope Scotland and 9-year-old Reign Aston–with her ex-partner Scott Disick, while Travis is also the father to 17-year-old Alabama Luella, 20-year-old Landon and 24-year-old stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, whom he shares with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
"They are so grateful that their baby boy is healthy and that both sets of kids get along," the source shared with the outlet. "It’s been so much fun for all of them to have a baby brother around and something new that they can all share together. Each of them have a special bond with Rocky in their own unique ways."
This is certainly reassuring to hear, as fans previously called out Landon for referring to baby Rocky as "it" in a November interview. After admitting that he had not changed his baby brother's diaper yet, he further confessed, "I actually haven't even held it."
"Referring to his brother as 'it' is wild ??," one critic noted at the time.
One fan came to Landon's defense, however, noting in the comments, "I have a fear of hurting them. I don’t hold baby’s until they are at least 3-4 months, not even my niece."
