The couple, who were open about their struggle to conceive, went on a romantic getaway last Valentine’s Day, which succeeded in landing Kardashian pregnant. In the photos from the trip, Kardashian posed in a skimpy red bikini on a mountainside, hung out by a fire, enjoyed a hot tub together, drank hot cocoa, and watched the snow fall outside.

“Oh so this is where you conceived!” one commenter wrote. Someone else said, “The swimsuit is how the baby got here ?.”

“This where Rocky was put in the oven lol it was the magic there that did it ??,” another person said.

It doesn’t surprise us at all that this steamy couple have shared the very intimate place they got pregnant!

Sometimes it just takes a relaxing situation to get pregnant, as many moms who have struggled to conceive have experienced. In a May 2023 episode of The Kardashians, the Lemme founder opened up about the pain of freezing eggs that didn’t make it to embryos.

“None of them made it to an embryo,” she said, referencing the eggs she froze when she was 38 or 39. “The freezing of eggs isn’t guaranteed, and I think that’s a misunderstanding. People do it thinking that it’s a safety net, and it’s not.”

After the unsuccessful IVF cycles that took a toll on her body mentally and physically, she and Barker decided to forgo reproductive assistance. “We have a full, blessed life and I’m happy,” she said. “We are just embracing that whatever’s meant to be will be.”

Self-Care

She publicly announced her pregnancy at a Blink-182 concert, and she shared the first pictures of her bump in June 2023. “Overwhelmed with gratitude and joy for God’s blessing and plan,” she captioned a post.

Since Kardashian had her baby in November, she’s focused on recovery and self-care. She even sent a message to other postpartum moms, writing, “Taking it easy. No rush no pressure mamas, your body is healing, it’s not a race.”

In a new interview with The Cut, the “Calma Sutra” narrator shared the postpartum rule she followed with her now 3-month-old son. “I am a top-notch sleeper. I think sleeping is one of my greatest skills,” Kardashian wrote. “But with a newborn, I didn’t make any other plans besides taking care of my baby. I don’t have a baby nurse or anything, it’s just Mom and Dad, really, taking care of him.”

She shared details of her postpartum plan, which included staying home as much as possible. “So the first 40 days I did at home; it’s a practice that a lot of people do in different cultures,” Kardashian explained. “I really just didn’t make plans, and now that I have a few work commitments starting back up, I have an assistant and I get my schedule sent to me every night. I’ll look over that and make sure I prioritize my kids and don’t overschedule myself. I say ‘no’ to a lot.”

Kardashian, who is also mom to Mason, 14, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 9, with ex Scott Disick (and stepmom to Alabama, 18, Landon, 20, and Atiana de la Hoya, 24, who Barker shares with ex Shanna Moakler), shared how she trusts herself and her instincts. “I just have to know what I want and what my priorities are. For me, as a mother, since I had Mason, I’ve always had this strong, motherly instinct about the way I want to do things with my kids,” she told the outlet. “It’s evolved over the years, like being able to say ‘no,’ as I said before. I also think recognizing what makes me feel good is important.”
