Kourtney Kardashian Said She “Couldn’t Take” Being Picked On and Criticized by Her Family
The feud between Kourtney and Kim Kardashian in the previews for the upcoming season of KUWTK left fans and the internet at large relatively shook. One of the previews showed Kim saying that Kourtney didn't want to be a Kardashian anymore. Kourtney told E! News she laughed when she saw that.
"I'm definitely proud to be a Kardashian," she said. "I was watching that moment and I was like, 'Are they talking about me?!'"
These episodes were filmed a while ago, and Kourtney spoke about how the feud started and where the sisters are at now.
"I think it started at the end of season 14, a lot of tension building between us," she said. "I felt like every day almost I was being picked on and criticized and I just couldn't take it any more."
The situation boiled over during the shoot for their annual family Christmas card, but it made Kourtney realize she needed to work on herself and her relationship with her family.
"I've been really working on myself a lot and I think through my growth, I'm better at expressing myself. I think in the past I've always been great at like not being emotional. I think that I'm better now at expressing my feelings," she said.
"So I think this is ongoing. It's a lot of communication instead of letting things go back into the way that they were. It's definitely a process and you'll see it throughout the season."
The 15th season of KUWTK premieres Sunday night on E!.
