Kourtney Kardashian Shares Glimpse Into Her Postpartum Workout Routine

Kourtney Kardashian is celebrating all the small wins.
The new mom enthusiastically detailed her first day back at the gym since giving birth in a short video she shared to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, Dec. 20.
"7 weeks postpartum," the 44-year-old reality TV star began in a blurb of text overlayed on top of a clip of herself walking on a treadmill while music blared in the background.
"First day in the gym," she continued, "doing 30 minutes walking [speed set to] 3.0 [and] 12.0 incline."
"Taking it easy," the Poosh founder added. "No rush no pressure mamas, your body is healing, it's not a race."
As the Hulu star suggested in the clip, Kardashian welcomed son Rocky with husband Travis Barker, 48, last month. In fact, she's seven weeks postpartum to the day, as she gave birth to the baby boy on Wednesday, Nov. 1.
In the weeks since Kardashian and Barker's relationship has changed, according to those close to the couple–but only for the better.
"Kourtney and Travis are over the moon and could not be more elated that they share a child of their own together," a source told ET. "Kourtney and Travis already had an unbreakable bond, but having a baby together has brought them even closer and made them fall even more in love. This experience has solidified their feelings that they were destined to be together."
Baby Rocky was number four for both parents, as Kourtney shares three kids–14-year-old Mason Dash, 11-year-old Penelope Scotland and 9-year-old Reign Aston–with her ex-partner Scott Disick, while Travis is also the father to 17-year-old Alabama Luella, 20-year-old Landon and 24-year-old stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, whom he shares with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
While welcoming the youngster seems to have brought the entire family closer together, when the pregnancy was first announced, it "really hurt" her mom Kris Jenner as the couple must've taken a hint from Paris Hilton and kept the news from their family up until they were ready to tell the world.
As the momager laid out in a recent episode of The Kardashians, Jenner found out her eldest daughter was expecting the same way the rest of the world did–when she held up a sign in the audience of a Blink-182 concert that read, "Travis I'm Pregnant," a nod to the rocker's "All the Small Things" music video.
