Kylie Jenner's first Kylie Cosmetics collaboration for 2020 is with her daughter Stormi.

Ahead of the collection's launch, Jenner shared the first promo photos and video clips on Instagram. Both mother and daughter adorably star together in the campaign.

In a video promoting Stormi's first foray into Kylie Cosmetics, Jenner and Stormi match in neutral dresses, as flower petals fall from the sky.

In an accompanying photograph, Jenner cradles Stormi, who looks positively angelic.

We're honestly surprised that it took this long. Jenner also swatched the Stormi palette, and the shades are straight out of a fairytale.

The makeup mogul previously took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes snap of her new Valentine's Day collection, which appears to be inspired by none other than soon to be two-year-old Stormi and their mutual love of butterflies.

Stormi's second birthday is on February 1, so the timing for a Valentine's Day launch makes sense. In the photo, Stormi is seen hard at work looking at line sheets of a few products in the collection. Under Stormi's arm is a photo of new violet and butterfly-inspired Lip Kit packaging. The toddler's name is written across the front of the box in purple glitter. There's also a shot of a nine-pan eyeshadow palette.

The butterfly packaging is a beautiful and fresh take on a collection for Valentine's Day, considering past collections have taken a more literal approach with hearts and candy. After all, fans have long speculated that Stormi's name was inspired by the butterfly effect. Jenner and Stormi's father Travis Scott both have matching butterfly tattoos, and Jenner has often shared photos of various butterfly costumes, paintings, and jewelry over the last two years. Stormi's nursery was also decorated with various butterfly motifs.

Stormi is already a huge Kylie Cosmetics fan. Jenner shared a video of her last month smearing a liquid lipstick all over her lips and giggling with glee. The new Stormi x Kylie Cosmetics collection will likely be the first of many big moves for the brand in 2020. At the end of 2019, beauty giant Coty bought a $600 million stake in the brand, bringing the total evaluation up toward $1.2 billion dollars.

“This is what she wants to do for the rest of her life,” Kris Jenner said on CNBC after the news of the deal broke. “[Kylie] talks about it all the time. Twenty years from now she sees herself doing this and maybe passing it down to her daughter [Stormi].”

We'll update this post when we have more information about the Kylie Cosmetics 2020 Valentine's Day collection, including products and prices.
