Jason and Kylie Kelce
Kylie Kelce didn't hold back when discussing husband Jason Kelce's retirement news.
While speaking with NBC Philadelphia reporters, Kylie said she fully supports the now-former Eagles center's decision to leave the NFL.
"I've just been supportive of my husband in everything that he does and I'll continue to do that with whatever the next step is," she said, reiterating statements previously shared when rumors of Jason's retirement first began circulating.
Kylie, 31, also confirmed that Jason had been considering retiring from his professional sports career for some time, hinting that making the final call wasn't easy for him. "He said that he was contemplating retirement for years, he means for years."
The mom of three added that when her husband decided it was time to move on from football, he ran his retirement speech by her first.

"I think I was the only one that had heard the speech before we went into it," she said. "It was just a perfect summary of 13 years."
As for all the love Jason, 36, and the rest of the Kelce family have received since the former NFL star announced his departure, Kylie appeared grateful: "It's exciting to see that people are excited to see what's next."
As Parade previously reported, on Monday, Jason announced he would not be returning for the Philadelphia Eagles 2024 regular season beginning in September.
"Sometimes the flowers get knocked back a bit, but the roots remain and I can't wait to watch for the blossoms this next season," Jason said in between tears during the March 4 broadcast.
He also noted that he's "very proud" of his 13 seasons with the Eagles, the legacy he leaves behind and is excited to spend more time with his family–which includes wife Kylie and daughters Wyatt, 4, Elliotte, 2, and Bennett, 1.
