Lady Gaga Just Showed Off Her Toned Abs While Sharing An Important Message
Lady Gaga shared a photo of her toned abs and an important message to vote.
The "Rain On Me" singer also joked about having to remember to write her legal name on her ballot.
Gaga does strength training five days a week and yoga to stay fit and healthy.
Lady Gaga is encouraging her fans to get out and vote in her latest Instagram post. On Sunday, the "Rain On Me" singer, 34, posted a gorgeous selfie in a white bra top that also showed off her super-toned abs as a friendly reminder for her followers to get in their mail-in ballots.
"Happy Sunday! ?? I’m sending love, and a friendly reminder that your signature on your mail-in ballot needs to match your signature on file with your state," she wrote in her caption.
She also talked about how she has to remember to use her real legal name (a.k.a. Stefani Germanotta) and not Lady Gaga with her own ballot.
"When I have to sign legal documents, I repeat Stefani Germanotta over and over quietly in my head so I don’t accidentally sign as Lady Gaga ??♀??? I’m going to avoid that mistake and make sure my vote is counted. Head to Vote.org to get all of the vote by mail rules, deadlines, and other info listed state-by-state," she wrote in the rest of the post.
Her important message also had fans in awe of her abs, which she also takes very seriously. Gaga works out with personal trainer Harley Pasternak, who told Us Weekly that the pop star does 35-minute-strength training sessions five days a week, and tends to get her cardio from her performances.
When she does her non-performance workouts, Gaga focuses on abs-boosting exercises like bicycle crunches, seated Russian Twists, reverse crunches, and dumbbell side bends. She’s also into skater lunges, overhead dumbbell triceps extensions, and lateral dumbbell raises to work other parts of her body.
She also credits yoga for her toned bod and strong mind. "She does yoga whenever she can," a source also told Us Weekly. "Not just for the physical element but for the mental side as well."
She started taking hot yoga classes in 2004 while she was still a student at NYU, her former teacher Tricia Donegan said in an interview with the New York Times.
Besides yoga, Gaga is also big into Pilates, doing sessions with Lisa Marie Goodwin, a certified Pilates teacher.
