When you want to get a full-body workout, you probably whip out your best at-home exercise app and go to town. When Lady Gaga wants the same impact, apparently, she does assisted rock climbing.

The 34-year-old popstar shared a pic on Instagram over the weekend of herself doing what looks like via ferrata (a.k.a. assisted rock climbing). In the post, the "Rain on Me" singer can be seen reaching up for a handle on a huge rock formation. She’s wearing a sports bra, tight shorts, and a super determined expression. "💪??," the "Stupid Love" songstress wrote in the caption.

Gaga's Little Monsters were impressed in the comments, and same. "GET IT," one fan wrote. "She said lemme just climb this rock real quick," another said.

While the fact that Gaga is climbing a freakin' rock is impressive enough, it’s kinda hard to miss the fact that her arms, back, and butt look amazing in this pic.

When she’s not out scaling nature, Gaga is big on yoga. She started taking hot yoga classes in 2004 while she was still a student at NYU, her former teacher Tricia Donegan said in an interview with the New York Times. Since then, Gaga has shared snaps on Instagram here and there of herself doing yoga poses, like this tripod headstand:

The Grammy winner doesn’t ~just~ do yoga, though. She’s also big into Pilates, doing sessions with Lisa Marie Goodwin, a certified Pilates teacher.

But the A Star Is Born actress gets most of her cardio in from practicing and performing, her trainer Harley Pasternak told Us Weekly. Off-stage, he says that they usually focus on doing 35-minute resistance training workouts that focus on abs exercises. Oh, and Gaga loves bicycle crunches, doing six sets of 20 reps. "They train her abs from every direction," Pasternak said.

It’s unclear what Gaga’s been doing on the reg during the COVID-19 pandemic for her workouts, but apparently, rock climbing is on the menu.
