Las Vegas buffets get all the attention, but when it comes to the most important meal of the day, it's worth skipping the cafeteria line - for at least one day of your trip. At Hash House A Go Go, you can still live large, just in an entirely different (and totally unforgettable) way.

The restaurant's known for its Big O Sage Fried Chicken And Waffle Tower, which comes with two sage-infused fried chicken breasts atop four smoked bacon-stuffed waffles and a pile of fried leeks. Oh, and it's served with two eggs, in case that's not enough brunch for you. It's the perfect mix of savory, smoky and salty, but when you drizzle maple syrup on top, it's straight-up addictive. We may or may not have blacked out and eaten half the tower in less time than it took Justin Timberlake to reach the chorus of "Can't Stop The Feeling" as it blasted over the speakers.

The whole restaurant has an urban farmhouse vibe, a mix of exposed brick, metal diamond plate and vases filled with wheat chaff. That feeling carries over to the rest of the menu, which features a mash-up of dishes like meatloaf served with smoked mozzarella and roasted red peppers, and a gloriously gooey Snickers bread pudding. (Spoiler: There's an entire Snickers bar mixed into each serving, which is topped with a baseball-sized scoop of vanilla ice cream.)

The most underrated item on the menu, though, is the red velvet pancakes. Hash House's pancakes are 12 inches wide apiece, and you can order them in just about every flavor - buttermilk, blueberry pecan, brown sugar banana, Snickers, strawberry Frosted Flake, apple cinnamon - but spring for the red velvet. It has the rich, cocoa flavor of the classic cake, only the very edges get crispy. The whole thing's drizzled with cream cheese frosting and served with fresh strawberries, giving you the best of dessert and brunch. You can finally have your (pan)cake and eat it, too.

If you can't make it to the Las Vegas restaurant, you can also hit up one of Hash House's other locations in San Diego, Chicago, or Orlando, just to name a few.
