Law and Order: SVU fans may have questions about Mariska Hargitay's character Olivia Benson having a relationship with Christopher Meloni's Elliot Stabler. But away from the NBC drama, there are no such inquiries.

While she likes to keep her relationship with husband Peter Hermann mostly away from the cameras, she does occasionally give rare glimpses. In a recent video shared on Mariska's Instagram, the couple showed off their impressive dance moves while attending a friend's wedding. The two wore cowboy attire (she in a cowboy hat and boots, he in a denim chambray shirt) and skillfully tore up the dance floor.

"Clearly not his first rodeo ??," she captioned the short clip on October 3, alongside hashtags like "My Favorite Cowboy" and "Good Ole Time With My Sweetheart."

As expected whenever Mariska posts a sweet moment with her husband of 18 years, Law and Order: SVU fans immediately headed to the comments section to rave about their palpable chemistry while moving in time to the music.

"OH MY GOD, I love this so much, you two nailed it ??????????," one fan wrote on Instagram. "Mariska and Peter you guys had no right to do this with me!!!!! ??," another noted. "What a beautiful couple ?????? love you," a different follower added.

What's more, some folks instantly envisioned the duo competing on a popular Disney+ celebrity competition. "Mariska on Dancing with the Stars when?? ??," one person quipped. "And what a cowboy he is. Watch out dancing with the stars! ????," another said. "The Hermann's on Dancing with the Stars? ??," someone else chimed in.

Despite the couple being notoriously private with their romance on social media, both Mariska and Peter have been vocal about their love for one another over the years. According to the Younger actor, their marriage is very much like the video above — it's filled with many moments of spontaneity and joy.

"I never thought I would have this much laughter in my life," Peter said about his wife to People in 2019. "Not just actual laughter but also the way that Mariska is just the embodiment of laughter — of joy. It's the way we find our way back to each other."

He continued: "It's this fantastically, wonderfully ridiculous way that we can swing back and forth any number of times in any given day. But fundamentally we know we have the same destination. We know where we're headed, and it's good. And we know we'll get there together."
