Spring means the arrival of fresh flowers, warmer temperatures—and apparently, a brand new, uber-refreshing color from French cookware brand Le Creuset. Cool Mint is an icy mint-blue that mimics the waters of a tropical paradise while offering a hint of nostalgia with its vibrant retro feel. Since 1925, Le Creuset has been beloved among home cooks and professional chefs alike for not only their range of stunning hues, but durability and performance, too. As for Cool Mint? It's described as "a refreshing burst of flavor to wake up your culinary décor," the brand says on its website. "This mouthwatering shade lifts spirits with its irrepressible joy. Set it against leafy greens or seaside blues. Or let it dance with equally vibrant colors. Le Creuset's Cool Mint guarantees a smile wherever it goes."
Cool Mint is part of a special collaboration between Le Creuset and QVC and will be available for a limited time only on lecreuset.com and in the brand's signature stores. It would pair beautifully with some of the brands other iconic shades including Meringue, a muted cream-beige color; Sea Salt, a chic grey-green; or even Nectar, a sunny orange-yellow hue that's cheerful for the warmer months.
