Le Creuset Is Now Selling a Clover-Shaped Dutch Oven

St. Patrick’s Day just got a little classier.

Consider yourself lucky: Le Creuset has done it again. Everyone’s favorite enameled cast-iron cookware line just released another showstopper: The Clover Cocotte. It’s green, shaped like a shamrock and we can’t wait to use it. Just think of all the Saint Patrick’s Day recipes that will taste so much better after cooking in this beauty. (We’re looking at you, corned beef.)

The company has been on a roll this year. First it released a lovely lavender line, and then came a shiny new mint line, both perfect for spring. Next, a Mickey Mouse-inspired collection, which comes with a Dutch oven and set of ramekins.

And earlier this week, we finally got clarification on how to pronounce Le Creuset from a video with Vivian Howard, chef and owner of Chef & the Farmer in Kinston, North Carolina and author of award-winning cookbook Deep Run Roots: Stories and Recipes from My Corner of the South, who shot to fame after appearing in A Chef's Life. (Watch the video here.) With this latest shamrock-shaped pot, we feel like we’ve struck gold.
