Lea Michele made the public debut of her baby bump in elegant fashion at the Hope Rising Benefit in New York City on April 4. For the occasion, she slipped into Gianvito Rossi‘s shiny gold Jaipur Sling pointed-toe slingbacks.

The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration’s Hope Rising Benefit raised money for the non-profit org, which supports medical research for Frontotemporal Degeneration, as well as people living with the condition. Michele performed at the event and posed with Anna Wintour and Donald Newhouse on the red carpet.

The Metallic Shoe Trend

Metallic shoes, especially in gold and silver tones, started to take over fashion in 2022. The style has continued to gain a consistent spot in designers’ collections since then. Several high-end labels like Bottega Veneta, Prada and Manolo Blahnik have included the shiny material in their runway shoes over the past couple months.
